4. Education: Literacy rate, enrollment rate, education infrastructure, and education conversion ratio

1. Agriculture: Yield per square meter of cultivable land, forward integration rate of farming
2. Health: Age-wise height/weight ratio, increase in average height of population
3. Education: Control on dropout ratio, education-linked revenue of school children
